The Chatham Unit of the League of Women Voters of Orange, Durham and Chatham Counties is sponsoring a forum for the public to hear from the candidates for Pittsboro Mayor and Town Commissioners.

The forum will be held on Tuesday October 17, 2017, in the Holmes Meeting Room at the Chatham Community Library, located at 197 Hwy 87 N, Pittsboro, from 6:00-8:00 PM.

Each candidate has been invited to present opening remarks, followed by a question and answer period, and then closing remarks. Members of the League of Women Voters will be available to register voters and provide information about voting rights. The forum is free and open to the public, refreshments will be served, and free parking is available.
