Election 2016: What is the Impact on North Carolina?

The League of Women Voters of Orange, Durham and Chatham Counties is hosting a public forum with Rick Glazier, Executive Director of the North Carolina Justice Center. This event will take place on Thursday May 5, 2016, at 7:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Public Library, located at 100 Library Drive in Chapel Hill. The program is free and doors open to the public at 6:45 PM. Free parking is available.

Rick Glazier will discuss Election 2016: The impact on NC and what to expect in the general election.

Rick represented Cumberland County in the NC House for 13 years and served on the House Judiciary, Education, Ethics, and Appropriations committees, among others. He was a visiting professor in criminal justice at Fayetteville State University and has been teaching at Campbell University School of Law for 20 years, in addition to past teaching roles at other institutions. Rick is a former chair of the Cumberland County School Board and in 2015 became the Executive Director of the North Carolina Justice Center.
