Il Palio’s Celebration of Carnevale

Celebrate one of Italy’s most extravagant feasts with an unforgettable dinner at Il Palio. Hosted by Chef Teddy Diggs, the Celebration of Carnevale will encompass all of the flavors and festivities of Martedi Grasso (Fat Tuesday) in divine Italian fashion. The evening will feature a hand-selected menu inspired by the celebrations that will be held across Italy, from Venice and Milan to the villages of Naples and Sicily. The night will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception followed by a multi-course menu infused with regional Italian flavors.
