Come join us and learn what to expect when you participate in our 12-week YMCA, “Moving for Better Balance” falls prevention program. Open to anyone 65 and over and to anyone 45 with a medical need. This evidence-based program uses the principles and movements of Tai Chi to help older adults improve balance and increase confidence in activities of daily living. Participants from past classes will be on hand to answer questions. Light refreshments will be served. The sessions are free of charge, but please register to ensue your participation as space fills up quickly.
