EATsploration, a free day full of exploration into the science of food, encouraging you to “play with your meals” and look deeper into the biology, artistry, and chemistry of your favorite meals. Grab your “EAT passport” and head around Kidzu as we explore continuous rotary motion by tossing pizza dough with Alfredo’s Pizza Villa, take a closer look at your foods molecules with smartphone microscopes, mix up homemade ice cream with Maple View Ice Cream, and participate in other challenges and activities around the museum. This special event is sponsored by the NC Science Festival.
